<h1>about jessie</h1> I grew up in Golden, CO, and lived in the south (NC and TN) for over a decade before returning "home" to Denver with Sabi, my Boston Terrier side-kick!! ​In 2011, after seeing photos I took while relaxing at the pool, my friends asked me to take their engagement and wedding photos. It was such an honor to be asked to capture these important moments in their lives! A huge thanks to Josh and Rob for encouraging me to learn more about photography and for always keeping me snap-happy! My goal as a photographer is for you to feel like your best friend is the one holding the camera, trusting that I'll capture organic moments that empower you to see the same strength, beauty, and love that I see. Since 2014 I have been specializing in what I call "Intimate Portrait Photography." This of course includes boudoir portraits (some of my absolute favorite sessions), but also extends to weddings, engagements, and family/maternity portraits. I look forward to capturing your raw power!

I cannot find enough kind words to describe my experience and overall satisfaction in working with Jessie. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I was a bit nervous to do a boudoir shoot for the first time &amp; did quite a bit of research to find the right person. I really needed someone who could coach me through poses that took my ideas and overall vision into consideration. The shoot itself was a blast, Jessie was the perfect host and got me excited with every outfit change and compliment she gave while shooting. The finished product is absolutely impeccable, well beyond it's value. I cannot wait to surprise my soon-to-be husband and will definitely utilize Jessie in the future.

Couldn't be happier I hired Jessie! I did a boudoir shoot with her and I'm thrilled with the photos; they're stunning and exactly what I wanted. She really listened to what my vision for the shoot was while giving her professional guidance and direction. Not to mention that I had so much fun taking them. I was pretty nervous before the shoot, but Jessie was so friendly and really made me feel comfortable. She even helped me get ready and after the first few pictures my nerves were gone. She's a talented photographer who was great to work with and I highly recommend her!

I can’t recommend Jessie more!! She is extremely reasonably priced, professional and fabulous at what she does. I was nervous beforehand not knowing how ready I needed to be with poses but the answer is zero. She had tons and tons of great poses and was willing to try any ideas I had (which were also zero). Jessie was an amazing photographer for our wedding, and I feel so lucky to have had her with us on this day! She talked to us before the wedding to help us figure out what kinds of photographs we wanted, and then went above and beyond to capture those moments the day of as well as other detail and candid photos that I didn't know I'd want. Jessie made everyone feel comfortable and was excited and positive all day. Her attitude helped us all stay relaxed and of course this helps the photos look better! She helped us stage some of the silly photos that my husband wanted as well as classic photos that our families could have framed.
